Minimum Qualification: MSCE, those with Certificate or Diploma will have an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assisting customers, answering questions, and recommending products
2. Actively upsell or cross-sell goods to meet store sales targets.
3. Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
4. Process Payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems, cash registers, or manage mobile money platforms (e.g., TNM Mpamba and Airtel Money).
5. Prepare daily sales summaries, reconcile the cash drawer, and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Unpack incoming inventory deliveries, price items, and participate in periodic physical stock-taking.
7. Arrange products smartly, and ensure products are rotated, neat, and visually appealing.
8. Ensure the shop floor, shelves, and storage areas are clean, safe, and hygienic.
9. Monitor customer activity on the shop floor to prevent incidents of theft or property damage.

Communication: Fluency in English and Chichewa

Personal Traits: Must be honest, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays.

Hairdresser

Location: Chinsapo 1, Lilongwe

Minimum Qualification: MSCE, those with Certificate or Diploma will have an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Braiding & Extensions: Skillfully styling natural hair, installing hair extensions, weaving, and creating intricate traditional or trendy braids.
2. Chemical Services: Performing hair relaxing, perming, dyeing, bleaching, and tinting using appropriate applicators and safety measures.
3. Hair Care: Washing, shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair.
4. Heat & Tool Styling: Utilizing flat irons, curling irons, and hot combs to achieve desired looks

Communication: Fluency in English and Chichewa

Personal Traits: Must be honest, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays.
